CHARTER RELATING TO THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Preamble

Concerned about respecting the User's privacy and protecting the information transmitted to them, the company ONECLICMOBILE (hereinafter "Konrow") complies with the legislation in force regarding the protection of privacy.

The personal data collected by us and processed are carried out by the company ONECLICMOBILE, a French company whose registered office is located at 27 boulevard d'Arras, 13004 MARSEILLE, registered in the French Trade Register under number 531 791 150.
The purpose of this charter relating to the protection of personal data (hereinafter the “Charter”) is to inform Users of the website accessible at the following URL address (hereinafter “https://www.konrow.com/”) of the means implemented to:

(i) Consult and store information relating to the User's navigation on the Site which may be recorded in "cookie" files;
(ii) Collect personal data in compliance with current legislation on the protection of personal data.

The Charter is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Where applicable, the Charter applies concurrently to (i) the general booking conditions and (ii) the rules of competitions organized by KONROW.

Use of the Site and communication of your personal data constitutes express acceptance of the collection and use of said data in accordance with what is set out in this Charter.

Konrow reserves the right to modify the Charter, in whole or in part, at any time. These modifications will take effect upon publication of the new charter. Your use of the Site following the entry into force of these modifications will constitute your acknowledgement and acceptance of the new charter. Failing this, and if this new charter does not suit you, you should no longer access the Site.

Definitions

A cookie is a small text file, often encrypted, stored in your internet browser. The User is however informed that the use of this platform only blocks the technologies allowing to offer Internet users advertising adapted to their interests and will not prevent the display of advertising on the websites visited.

Collection and processing of personal data

KONROW informs you that it will be required to collect necessary personal data about you when you place your order, when requesting verification of the validity of your request following a request or when using it, or during any contact made with our customer service.

Nature of the data collected

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable User, in particular by reference to login details, a surname, first name, pseudonym, postal address, email address, location data, as well as any other information that you choose to communicate to us about yourself.

In the event that the purchased product is offered directly to a third-party beneficiary, we offer you the opportunity to provide information about them during the ordering or reservation process. We inform you that it is your responsibility to ensure that the person(s) about whom you have provided personal information are informed of such communication of personal data and that they agree to the way in which Konrow uses their data (as described in this Charter).

Purposes of the collection and processing of personal data

The data collected is processed by Konrow for the following purposes:

  • Recording and processing your order;
  • Managing your customer account;
  • Processing customer complaints;
  • Marketing studies and statistics;
  • Commercial prospecting (subject to your agreement).

Data retention period

The personal data collected and processed by Konrow are kept for the entire period strictly necessary for the management of the commercial relationship with the Customer, i.e. at the latest until the expiry of the warranty of the product ordered (two years).

In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act, as well as the deliberations issued by the National Commission for Data Protection and Liberties, user data may be used for commercial prospecting purposes and may be retained for a maximum period of three (3) years from the end of the commercial relationship. On the other hand, data used to establish proof of a right or contract, or retained for compliance with a legal obligation, may be archived in accordance with the provisions in force.

Bank card data is deleted immediately once the transaction has been completed, i.e. upon actual payment. However, this data may be kept as evidence in the event of a possible dispute over the transaction, in intermediate archives, for the period provided for in Article L.133-24 of the Monetary and Financial Code, i.e. thirteen (13) months following the debit date. This period may be extended to fifteen (15) months in the event of deferred debit payment.

Data collected by our partners

We inform you that our partners may also collect personal data, as subcontractors, on behalf of Konrow and for the sole purpose of fulfilling orders. For this purpose, our partners are authorized to collect only your first and last names, email addresses, and postal addresses.

Data used to send customer satisfaction surveys or polls will be anonymized for statistical purposes and to improve our services. Under no circumstances will this data be used to send commercial offers.

In the event that our partners collect personal data other than those listed above (such as bank card number, security deposit, copy of identity document, etc.), the processing of said data is carried out on behalf of the partner concerned, who then acts as data controller.

Data recipients

Only the relevant personnel of our company will have access to your personal data. We inform you that this data may be transmitted to Konrow's subcontractors and service providers, located in the European Union, to whom Konrow uses in the context of the execution of its orders and the provision of services offered via the Site (logistics and IT services, use of data in connection with audience measurement tools, social networks and targeted advertising) and under the conditions described in this Charter. Prior to any transfer of your personal data outside the European Union, Konrow implements all necessary measures to guarantee the security of such transfers. Thus, they are carried out only to a country recognized by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of protection due to its internal legislation or its international commitments, or governed by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or any later version offering a sufficient level of guarantee.

Your personal data may also be received by public bodies, exclusively to meet our legal obligations, legal assistants, ministerial officers and bodies responsible for debt recovery.

Your personal data may be transferred or exchanged to third-party partners for promotional or direct marketing purposes. If you agree, we give you the option to register via the dedicated form located at the bottom of the Site.

Safety measures

Konrow takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of User data. However, Konrow cannot guarantee that all risks of data misuse will be eliminated. It is important for the User to maintain the confidentiality of their login details to prevent unauthorized use of their account.

Right of access, rectification and opposition

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, amended by the Act of 6 August 2004, you have the right to obtain communication and, where applicable, the rectification or deletion of your personal data. Simply write to us: support@konrow.com
